The Cell Therapy Department organizes consultations for allergy and immunological patients, including children.
The reception is led by Anna Petrovna Ruban, a pediatrician, allergist-immunologist of the highest qualification category with a total medical experience of 28 years, candidate of medical sciences, associate professor, leading researcher at the laboratory of immunology and virology of the Institute of Biophysics and Cell Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The main areas of scientific and practical activity are allergology, immunology, rheumatology, immunoprophylaxis.
General information on allergy and immunological treatment
A consultation with an allergist-immunologist allows you to get:
1. Expert opinion on issues
– allergology (chronic allergic diseases – bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, eosinophilic damage to the gastrointestinal tract, food allergies, as well as past or current acute allergic reactions – drug hypersensitivity, acute urticaria, angioedema, anaphylaxis, etc.);
— immunology (primary and secondary immunodeficiency conditions, age-related dysfunction of the immune system, autoinflammatory syndromes, etc.);
— immunoprophylaxis (in the presence of concomitant chronic pathology, drawing up an individual catch-up vaccination schedule, etc.).
2. Carrying out an immunological examination (immunogram)

4. Diagnosis of drug allergies – conducting a basophil activation test (BAT) (list of antibiotics, etc., requirements for the test).
5. Performing skin cold and heat application tests

9. Performing a diagnostic skin prick test with medications
