Alena M. Kabacheuskaya
Ph.D.
Graduated from the Department of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Faculty of Biology and Soil Science, St. Petersburg State University. From 1995 to the present, she has been working at the Institute of Biophysics and Cell Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. In 2004 she defended her thesis on the topic "Photoregulation of phospholipase D activity in a plant cell" (scientific supervisors - Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor I.D. Volotovsky, Doctor of Chemical Sciences M. A. Kisel) specialty "biophysics". Since June 2021 - Head of the Laboratory of Biophysics and Biochemistry of Plant Cells at the Institute of Biophysics and Cell Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. He is a member of the Belarusian Public Association of Photobiologists and Biophysicists.
