{"id":8060,"date":"2021-04-01T16:38:18","date_gmt":"2021-04-01T13:38:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibp.org.by\/en\/?page_id=8060"},"modified":"2024-01-09T13:48:44","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T10:48:44","slug":"pooled-mesenchymal-stem-cells","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ibce.by\/en\/pooled-mesenchymal-stem-cells\/","title":{"rendered":"Pooled mesenchymal stem cells"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><section class=\"kc-elm kc-css-103761 kc_row\"><div class=\"kc-row-container  kc-container\"><div class=\"kc-wrap-columns\"><div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-14646 kc_col-sm-12 kc_column kc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"kc-col-container\">\n<div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-362774 kc-title-wrap \">\n\n\t<h1 class=\"kc_title\">Pooled mesenchymal stem cells<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"kc-elm kc-css-154546 kc_row\"><div class=\"kc-row-container  kc-container\"><div class=\"kc-wrap-columns\"><div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-643391 kc_column kc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"kc-col-container\"><div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-215559 kc_text_block\"><\/p>\n<p>\nThe biomedical cell product (BMCP) contains a pooled culture of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) obtained from adipose tissue or the olfactory lining of at least three donors.<\/p>\n<p>This approach to obtaining BMCP from different donors allows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; to achieve stable immuno-functional properties of a mixed culture,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; optimize and reduce the cost of the production process,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; to drastically reduce the time required for the production and accumulation of the therapeutically significant biomass of MSCs, which opens up the possibility for cell therapy of acute diseases.<\/p>\n<p>Pooled cultures of allogeneic MSCs (poolMSCs) have more pronounced and stable immunomodulatory properties in comparison with MSCs obtained from a single donor. Due to the proven immunomodulatory, cytoprotective, and regenerative effects, as well as safety and good tolerability, pulMSCs have great clinical potential, especially in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
